Dr. Chenee’ Gilbert is an educator, workforce development strategist, and AI learning designer with more than 20 years of experience helping students, educators, and organizations prepare for change. Throughout her career, she has served as a teacher, school administrator, university professor, curriculum designer, organizational leader, and program developer.
As the founder of Skill Ready AI, Dr. Gilbert combines practical AI and workforce learning with the original Good Grief! Resilience Framework™ to help young people ages 16–24 build confidence, resilience, responsible AI fluency, and future-ready skills. Her work helps young people explore pathways across Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship while preparing for success in school, work, and life.
